We have a $50.00 minimum on all orders. Orders will be shipped by UPS ground unless you request otherwise. (See the order form). The other shipping options we currently offer are: UPS next-day, second-day, 3-day select, and consignee billing (call your UPS office for details). We offer an array of options for our international customers; please see the order form or contact us to make arrangements.
Unless you have established terms of credit, your order will be shipped COD. If it is more convenient however, you may prepay instead by check, MasterCard or Visa.
Backorders will be shipped as the items become available, unless otherwise requested.
No returns will be accepted without authorization; please call us within ten days of receiving your order to make arrangements.
